Never ever use healing surge, its eating ur mana for really low healing ,glyphs, and again healing stream totem glyph, its keeping up resists for 3 out of 5 magics, thats why you saw green shamy doing rajh w/o problem (-30% fire dmg), chain heal ofc, water shield, earth shield, riptide, i dont have to explain this. never oom again with your permanent 1500 spirit.ģ main things to keep in mind when healing shaman.ġ - rotation, riptide 2x hw(ghw) and 1 slow hw, totems w/e you want but healing stream is urgent, its making 5k+hps for free, keeping tank alive is matter of not forgetting about riptide on him with Earth shield ofc, and like someone said before, 3 riptides, 2 randoms and a tank, healing rain if theres 4+ players (remember you r one of players too) in one spot for at least 5 next secs, about healing surge, WTH is healing sure, i did even unlearn that spell from spell book. If all else fails and you just can't do it, go to HOO norm, get isiset's trink. Remember that healing is often a 2 person job, so let the other healer do a bit if you are waiting for that mana regen boost. I still OOM if I don't take a short break. I know sometimes it is, but not too often imo. Before massacre put a healing rain on yourself and the other healer if you are close so you can heal others. I recommend once you hit the haste cap, grab mastery (crit is 2x but for fights like CHIM, go mastery).įor Chim use healing wave with mastery stacked, while keeping riptide on the tanks. I don't bother with telluric currents as it has never been needed for me. I know it shouldn't but better safe than sorry). When I am at 75% mana I use Mana Tide when my spirit procs are up (it seems to work better, not sure. (Stoneskin,Searing( if no mage, Flametounge), Healing Stream, Wrath of Air)This. Totems that I use during dungeons and mostly during 10 mans. Keep Water Shield and Earth Shield up all the time. Healing Wave and Greater Healing Wave casting time will be much slower, (around Healing Surge time). Keep Riptide on 3 targets at the same time as much as possible, but focus on the tank. (that you get from Riptide and Chain Heal). That means when you dont have the Tidal Waves proc. You should never use Healing Surge except when its a real emergency. Else // Load Rest of YUI remotely (where possible)
